In a vague attempt to curb my brain around the list of 4 names provided I'll say Cox and Charman.

Cox easily out of those four.
Charman is more than handy and the only team who'd probably not be interested in picking him up is the west coast, given they have Seaby as back up who's also more than handy.
White was great in his day and still has flashes, but is past it.
Fraser is just an average ruckman.

I'd trade Charman for Seaby, you wouldn't?
I like Seabs, and he's had a good year but I've always been an unashamed fan of Charman's mongrel and he's also less of a 'resting ruckman' up forward. Staying fit has always been his issue I guess, something Seaby has over him at this stage.
Cox > Lade > McIntosh > Daylight > Anyone else
