Pretty sure if we match, norf would come to the table. They know better then most that it's not everyday an a-grade player agreed to join your club.

Would obviously rather have him stay, but tbh who could blame him if he wants to go given the many recent situations that have arisen. I think we shouldn't take it so harshly if he did go, but by God if he stayed he'll feel love from us (eagles fans) like nothing he'll ever experience outside his family.

The reality is clubs aren't as stupid as thier fans. If a gun player wants to come to the club and they are forced to trade, they will trade . Draft picks are overrated, you take a player of gaffs quality everyday over a draft pick.

Hmmm, I wonder if there's some way that North could get through to two time North premiership player, former North captain and B+F winner Adam Simpson and three time North B+F winner Brady Rawlings on the quiet and work out some of this stuff ahead of time - as in will West Coast match, if they do what would possible trades look like etc etc.

That's entirely reasonable and I imagine would be likely. Once gaff makes a public decision I imagine these talks may happen.
