Lol. Jenny you need to start putting a superscript number next to the wtf emoticon so we can keep a running count of those
I just wonder if sometimes I'm a little slow on the uptake. (Shut up Lance Uppercut ! :p). But it really is the perfect emoticon sometimes.

Which frustrates everyone who want this to end one way or the other.

This is what also frustrates me, a tribunal of learned men, cannot grasp this point, or consider the amount of effort to lie, provide limited information to change the topic, is a well worn path.

The attacks on the regulatory body, reminds me of the Armstrong case. Especially the litigation attempts by dank at all cost
That wording would indicate that he's done something other than say to the passing media that things are in the hands of his lawyers. His lawyers must have very big hands because he's given them a lot of things to work on. They must also be very busy because they haven't acted on a single one yet.
This whole thing will blow over without him testifying, giving an ounce of evidence, or suing anybody.

Hird never said the spreadsheets with thymomodulin on it were destroyed by ASADA.

It is easy to infer he was playing with the ides in what he said. But equally he could say that accusations are out there that Essendon destroyed evidence, and that he is sure at least the spreadsheet was sent on and not destroyed by Essendon.
Did you not see him desperately trying not to break out into a big grin as he said it? It's obvious what he was inferring.

I think Deloitte are probably better at keeping records than EFC. The idea the records disappeared after being made available is hilarious. Big city accountants getting paid by the hour to log documents aren't going to lose records.

Maybe the records are on Bill Valhos' computer.

Yes, his lawyers have a lot to do. Though have failed everytime thus far to sue anyone.

Wait, what? How did they make it go away by NOT penalising Reid, but then penalising Corcoran, Hird and Thompson? Try again

You will recall the timeline. The Commission came out in a blaze of glory with their penalties and negotiated with Hird and Essendon for the big ones to be accepted. By the time Reid told them to get knotted they had made their point, had their "big fish", and didn't mind dropping the Reid charge in the hope everyone - under the stifling barrage of "let's get on with the game now" media stories - would forget it and move on. Thompson pushed his penalty to the limit and the AFL didn't seem to be trying too hard on that either. Corcoran's penalty was so small it wasn't worth fighting.

When you think about it, the headline hits negotiated were to Hird - who turned out to have the under the table deal to be paid for the year - and to the club and players, who missed their final, had minimal draft impacts, and paid a fine when they apparently have more money than they know what to do with anyway. Liz Lukin earned her money that year.

If WADA takes a different view, all that short term pain will amount to nought. 24 days ago, they thought it was all done and dusted. Patting themselves on the back for a job well done. 3 weeks is a long time in football.

I think because it was a print form a file, not a single once only hand written doc, and it post dated most of the program, most sane people have consigned it to the bin with Hird's credibility

and he always wore long sleeves :conspiracy:
best comeback ive ever read

bit like woewoe
what did he do before or after his year with charters??
**** all
hooks up gets on a 'diet' dominates the league as a mid
LOL

hirds been into it since his first association with charter

If the tribunals findings were effectively quashed, as you put it, then they should go back to being provisionally suspended but even back then the burden of proof was with ASADA. I don't understand what you are saying.

yeah we can see that
theres prob only three essendon posters here that actually know whats going on
guess what
you aint in the top three

ASADA decided not to appeal on April 19th. Wada had 21 days from that date to appeal. That time ran out on 10th May. So how can they appeal after that date?

It's just more of the great big **** ing global conspiracy against poor innocent Essendon.

On the other hand it might just be the 14 hour time difference between Montreal and Melbourne combined with the time it takes for the information to get into the Australian news cycle.

He's wrong about the date anyway it was the 12th.

Surely that would unite us all.
absolutely!
pedophilia, rape, genocide are all horrible things and powerful words
when someone in all seriousness on an internet forum pairs these words up with guns and retribution to describe a potential ADV in a football forum discussing PEDs alarm bells start to ring for me and the words rabid and unbalanced come to mind

You guys did it too. At the same time.

And it's not as bad. Not nearly. Not close. Not even in the same postcode.

And I am not your buddy.

Off topic Laphroaig I have started to watch Deadwood again from Ep1 Season 1

Last night Cy Tolliver rolled into town to set up the new " establishment " and Al put on that fine suit in your aviator to welcome him

I forgot how good this series was :thumbsu:

What words come to mind for those that threatened to rape Caro and blow up ASADA?

Well, at least you're consistent with your moral crusade.

Because those people clearly are of the same mindset as those posting comments you disagree with or find in poor taste on bigfooty.
A moral crusade goes beyond a few posts on big footy but yes I am consistent
