Hi all, Bestie and I have to get tickets to Gather Round tomorrow. We both have a barcode but we are looking for another from a member who will not be coming over. It is for her niece who is a Geelong supporter and who we are in the process of converting to a Carlton fan.

Tickets need to be purchased 10.00am tomorrow for Carlton members if we want to sit together. General sale is Wednesday.

Can anyone help with a member barcode from your Gather Round email please?

Love Neese

Sorry to hijack the post but if anyone has spare membership barcodes please let me know!

I used ours on the Carlton game not knowing that would restrict us from using the code to get a multi match pass! So if anyone has one that would be appreciated :)

Hey all got family friends going to join us last minute. If there is 2 x adult 2 x kids membership numbers not going to use, I would be a v grateful recipient!

Hi Carlton family I’m after a couple more tickets for gather round for my family
Is there anyone who isn’t going willing to pass on there barcodes thank you!

Hijack away. Hope someone can help you out.

We were lucky enough to get 3 tickets today. Accommodation prices in the CBD are insane!
Does anyone have any suggestions for places/areas to stay that aren't ridiculously priced and not too far from Adelaide oval?
Any Airbnb’s in the burbs? Surging (extortion) is well & alive

Everything is within 40mins of Adelaide. ..

We've booked an airbnb in Christie's Beach. It was about $1200 cheaper (for four nights) than staying in the CBD.

I’m taking my teenage kids across with me.
Staying in Mawson Lakes, still pricey but nowhere near CBD jokes prices, anyway will be worth it for the experience I think.
Going to pies v swans and dees v bombers also. Couldn’t get any Sunday games unfortunately.

Prices CBD vicinity are nuts. We booked a while ago 3 nights in West Lakes which is only 30 mins taxi and prices fell significantly. Near the beach as well so kids can mess around between footy committments. Plenty of price gouging going on. We booked through Booking.com. AirBnB as others have sugested prob good option but get away from the city. Food, drinks everything way more relaxed/accessable outside the gather round epicenter

Mawson Lakes has a huge public transport interchange. You will be able to get a train in easily.

I wouldn't taxi it. So many buses from West Lakes interchange to the city. Try 110, 116, 118. They are pretty quick and don't go through a tour of the suburbs. Or catch a bus to entertainment centre on Port Road and hop on a tram. They are free between the Entertainment Centre and the City. They drop you off on North Terrace outside the train station and you can easily walk across the footbridge or head straight down King William Street which takes you past where all the kids zone stuff is. The Oval is over the river from there.
We usually tram it in as I live less than 5kms from the city. Chatting to supporters of other teams on the tram is part of the fun.

You did well to get 3 good matches. I have heaps of Crows friends and work colleagues who are pretty unimpressed they couldn't get tickets for that match.

There is a direct train from Christie's Beach into the city. No way I would drive into the city on this weekend and I live 5km out of the city. Walking from the train station is part of the fun. It is a less than 10 minute walk to the Oval from the train station.
