Getting Grundy to the club seems like a bit of a masterstroke now. You never know who might get struck down and when. It pays to have backup. Gawny can afford to get himself right and not rush back knowing Grundy can hold down the fort.
 
Is this the same injury that Gawn did against Essendon in 2017? Felt like he was out longer than 4-6 though so might be mistaken

Edit: might have even been 2016. My memory is terrible :(
