As the season is drawing to a close, what are peoples thoughts on the following:

SENIORS -
Grand Finalists: BPH v Inverleigh
Premiers: BPH (again)
Whitley Medal: Jak Kennedy-Hunt by 10+ votes

RESERVES -
Grand Finalists: Thomson v Nth Geelong
Premier: Thomson
Tansing Medal: Smith (Thomson) or Breguet (Nth)

Finalists BPH V Inverleigh
Premiers- Inverleigh

Inverleigh to choke again and out in straight sets. BPH Vs banno and BPH to win.

And who is leaving if he gets reappointed?
Would be a handful at every club that dont like the senior coach this time of year.
Have seen one if their games this year.
Some great young guys coming through there.
Need time
 
i venturd out 2 see match of the round yesti and was a bit disappointd. very ordinary skills by both teams. things I learnt
the debate ova what ruckman is better is no debate. west ruckman clearly accounted 4 bowles it was a non contest.

Thomson r even all over the ground n will beat north in an elimination final. they shulda won by a lot more yesti.

west hav a few vry good players but not much else

macleod is a sniper. threw an elbow in vry late in qtr3 to the west rucks head. Plus he got towelled up all day

todays match been no contest unfortunately for a decent crowd. north cooked n will implode over offseason. bellpost premiership favs no question

Good read that comment.... does your source know much about the first year player down at there centrals Alex Hill??
I've seen on a couple forums he has caused abit of trouble at the club for his first year there, starting abit between players, coaches and few big supporters of the club. A lot of people not happy with him and want him out

Peter has every right to state to the media a parting statement after 4 years of service. ...but his LEGACY will be 4 years of underachieving in the GDFL.
Werribee Centrals gave him a reasonable player budget to spend over his journey , the HISTORY books will show over the years he couldn't put a squad together to be competitive in the District comp.
Next coach please.

Underachieving you say?? So you must know the objectives he was given by the club the past 3 years of coaching?

If you hold the reins for a perceived STRONG District club and can't improve YOUR squad to a minimum of a final series appearance over 4 years then they have underachieved in the eyes of a neutral observer.
We all rate and fear your junior membership over the last few years and of course have no knowledge of your club agenda... but I do understand the objective of the Netball section is to kick the crap out of their opposition. Is that a different club membership or ran by a different committee?
Fill us in what the club wanted?

I wonder if Challis knows what he is walking into at Corio. How can you start reserves game then forfeit so you can bring up 9 players to the seniors. Did half the senior team named on Thursday night not turn up.
