Not withstanding our poor defence and inability to run, it is our poor 1 on 1 standard that is at the heart of our confidence. It affects the way we play strategically and mentally.

Until we address this, no game style will win us a flag. To beat your opponent 1 on 1 is the most basic footy trait. Only a handful of our guys have it.

I didn't feel this depressed when watching a Neeld led team. This is depressing. It's so depressing following this football club. The coaches, fitness staff and recruiting team have made an absolute mess of this season. Even most on here could see our issues, yet they turn a blind eye and expect the exact same shit will get us into finals again. I'd be happy if the club sacked half the place tonight because the club has wasted a year in a supposed premiership window. Well that window is firmly shut now. We're not winning shit with this list and coaching staff. What an embarrassing season.
