and as it is bph has allowed the least points of any club this year after this latest round but do have thomson, eastgeelong, inverleigh and corio in the next 4 rounds i believe

Nth Geelong beatin Inver by a point shit hot that might shut em up for a while
Werribee beating East by 4 goals
Bell Post by a 120 over a shithouse Belmont
Bannok beatin Corio by 4 goals
Blue West make it 2 in a row with a 11 goal win over Winch
And Thomson Beating Anakie by 5 goals!

what happened to inverliegh , start to believe they belong up there and lose to north geelong who are no good themselves

Congrats North Geelong. The boys set about making a good game of it and while there were as always, questionable umpire decisions at crucial times for both sides, it didn't deteriorate into fistie cuffs. Good on Inver as well for that. Don't know many of the Inver boys cept Zac and Deano. Deano playing falcs 2moro so was watching dunno if many other of normal first 22 missing or not.

North finally looked to be able to get some flow down the centre but while they mucked about with it way too much (hate to know how many possies per goal) and then their kicking really let them down (32 to 20 scoring shots I think), North had the legs to just hang in there for a goal just before the final siren. A couple of Inver boys looked to cramp in the final qrt - but it was hard running all day.

just a few words bannockburn well done today very good sides from under 18s threw to seniors give our boys abit of a lesson today well done bannockburn full credit to you i think you might be the yard stick.

yeh devil, they were pretty professional tday against us.Doesnt matter it makes for an interesting season ahead, considering BPH also continue to roll on.There nxt 4 weeks will see where they are at, but it looks like Thompson & Bannock are the pacesetters.
Easts unpredictability again has them in at the crossroads

North Geelong proved that you can buy a side but you cant buy heart. Seeya inverleigh! Well done north and all there young warriors who play for the jumper not money

Nick Brady can you please name the players that inverliegh have "bought." Im sure there would be a few people intersted in this opinion of yours.

Wheres the likes of Deano Muir, alomost best on in all games for inverliegh and back at falcons and tristan starcevic a very hard in and under player for size. Also very smart footy brain.

Wot!!!!!!!!!!!
yeah north geelong were able to knock off the suprise packet inverleigh in a very close encounter in true orderly fashion.. but not only was it a good win its was a great win considering they only had 19 players for the last 3 and a half quarters.. two of the u18s that were playin 1s come of injured in young blake hutch went of with wat was first thort as a torn hamstring but is beleived 2 b a small tear.. and joshy podna went of with brusied ribs and didnt want to do any more damage.. both these boys were stripped and clothed by quarter time... well done to brent schwennesen another of norths gun 18s who survived the whole game...lol
well done NORTH...!

great effort from the boys considering inver are known as one of the fitter teams in the comp..

hutchy would hav to b one of the most injury prone juniors i hav seen... poor bloke got so much goin 4 him but just cant get the time away from injury to show it... he is too hard at the ball thats y he gets so many injuries!!!

Nearly at the half way mark and next week looks crucial. I would have to say at this stage that it appears the two grand final sides from last year won't make the finals. The wildcard in this statement is Inverleigh. Can they return to the 5 winning streak run against Werribee. If they do they lock in their No. 5 spot for the period. Dont and they open the door for East again who have to be the most inconsistent of side, in the rematch against Belmont who are GAWN.

Very interesting week ahead. At the end I reckon we will know the final five.

Objections welcomed
