Discussion turned serious quickly

Was humorous but the gist was the attractions near training base

So we are talking training base not ‘home suburb’

Cant even be bothered finding what museum is in dingley

Mainly turned serious because calling them the Toorak Magpies made such little sense I didn't think it was a joke.

Dingley's getting a surf park and it's near Costco and Ikea. So there's that, lol.

Doh. Doggies have issues. I wonder if Essendon will pick him up now that their Doggie with similar issues has gone to GWS.

The Western Bulldogs are still “really hopeful” Jamarra Ugle-Hagan can be a key part of their forward line this year as his chances of featuring in the opening rounds of the season continue to dwindle.
The forward remains on what has been termed a “flexible” training program, and has been in and out of the club this pre-season.

Interim Dogs footy boss Sam Power said on Thursday that Ugle-Hagan’s personal issues were “not new challenges” and “have been present for a little bit”.

He will not head with his teammates for a camp in Noosa on Friday and appears long odds to be considered to play in pre-season matches.

This will come as quite a shock to the multiple legal experts on the Tiggers board who said he had absolutely no case to answer for the day the news broke.

If Dangerfraud was legit he'd be suggesting a 17 game season not shortened quarters. Funny he mentions the NFL - an extra game was added a few years back and not sure how many wanted it (also talks up audience attention span as a reason to reduce quarter times whilst using NFL as a benchmark - does he actually know what he is talking about?).

Accident in Nov and in court last week. Big spread in the Advertiser - only know as a Geelong friend sent me a screen shot today.

What were the charges and the outcome

If he can't cope with the game length he can always just retire. Such an insufferable flog - I don't look forward to his inevitable media career.
List management an option too, has that mystical foresight needed to get off an early text message before anyone else.

There's a few reasons he spruiks this, part is that it makes sense for the head of the AFLPA to negotiate the most money for the least work, I don't begrudge him that, the more unfair part is that he is fully aware it benefits him and his career as an older athlete, and Geelong specifically as a club with a lot of older athletes.

I'd be supportive of shorter quarters if it got every team to play each other twice.
Shorter quarters were terrible in 2020.

More games wouldn’t be worth the massive decrease in quality we would see.

Is Warren Tredrea a cooker? Just got sent a facebook post from a Port friend about a podcast that he is launching. Odd.
He's an anti vaxxer.
