All Carlton’s problems are still there. Poor ball use, no run, no small forwards, stagnant game plan, shit themselves under pressure.

The top end talent they have is going to be completely wasted.

The Lygon's looked so slow all game.

Poor old Doch was their liveliest player, and he is 30something, beat cancer twice and had three knee reco's. Saad can't be the only player they breaks lines for them.

Walsh, Cripps and Hewitt are all choppers. And whilst Hopper, McIntosh, Dow and the Butcher himself Taranto are even bigger choppers, they at least had quick players around them to dish the ball off to.

Cottrell and Motlop are no good. At the end there Cottrell looked inboard, seeing the loose Bluuz players, and still decided to banana it. So damn selfish.
