I'm excited about what Mraz will bring so much so that I reckon there's every chance he'll be a top 5-10 pick in a revisited 2024 draft.

From the limited stuff I've seen, I haven't had this much anticipation for a key defender that we've drafted for a very long time.

And if he did what type of incompetence is it if you overlooked a coach 3 or so years before, then sacked the coach you hired over him, only to replace him with the same coach who wasn’t good enough 3 years prior.

3 years is heaps of time to develop the shortfalls that cost him the opportunity last time.

Voss still may not be right the person for the job, but I also think the Carlton FC environment itself doesn’t lend itself to getting the best out of any coach.

Completely respect that but he went to Port I think and I wouldn’t call his time there as ultra successful.

Compare it to say Mitchell at eagles and McRae at tigers and under clarko.
