I don't think they'd work to improve your grip strengthWill add it, thanks. Would the grip device I posted work also as a good out-of-gym device?
Will something like this help my grip strength? My hands are giving on deads and I don’t want to use wraps or gloves.
Thinking of getting one of these to use at my desk during the week.

Maybe I just drink too much water but does anyone else get the urge to go to the loo when they do leg curls?
Using mixed grip for one or two max reps for deads until my grip strength catches up but I know the alternative grip is generally a no-no.
Any thoughts on how bad this is?
Suggestions for best upper glute exercises?
Google is giving me generic ones.
Lateral or posterior? (Slightly different functions)
Often times the most generic and basic exercises are the best as well fwiw
Not very.
Just switch your hands around set to set or session to session.
Google keeps saying things like it’ll cause injury to this and that hence my reluctance.
Any ideas to change things up a bit. Have been sticking to the usual treadmill/weight machines/sit ups/push ups type routine. (Have tried the rower but I seem to get a sore back after being on that for only 5 mins)
Any ideas would be welcome.
Srsly considering a PT for a few seshs perhaps.
So im probably never gonna do crossfit but did watch a doco (the Dominant and the Redeemed) damn those people are fiiiiiiiit
CrossFit
I've been doing Bikram/Hot Yoga now for a 6 weeks and I must say I'm feeling as good as I've felt in years. The back and knees are feeling great and I also feel very supple and clear headed, which could also in part be due to cutting back my running on concrete/bitumen.
I had to cut back on the running which I wasn't really looking forward to but wanted to give the Yoga a good crack to see how it went. Instead of 5-6 8km runs a week I now do 3-4 Yoga classes and 1-2 8km runs a week.
The first few classes were a real struggle with the humidity, I've never sweated so profusely in my life and I've always done a lot of exercise. But I now know how much and what fluid to consume before, during and after class and I've adapted to the heat well.Yeah I've been thinking about a yoga class as well (and maybe a dance class)- have done it previously and is a great workout.
Not really into the Hot yoga tho..

40.5 celcius. It's a big room though and I've learnt not to position myself next to the heaters. How hot is the room?
