started being pretty observant in my dieting late last year.

1/9/24 88kg~ ---> today 78.5kg~

thought this would be a chore but its fairly satisfying monitoring and being strict on what you eat. havent noticed any drops in strength (still progressing on most lifts, just much slower than before).

abs starting to poke through. would guess im around 13-15%~ bf

will try progress down to 73kg and reassess from there - still a bit of work to do!

Great work mate. Whenever you think you're done and getting too skinny, if you ever have that thought, push through another few kgs. That's when the striations and muscle shape really pops.
