Philippe Chartrier is getting a roof. I hope it maintains itc charm because it is a beautiful stadium, Wimbledon managed to keep the feel of Centre Court. The fb page is in French, so if you can translate what it says you will understand what they are saying:

I saw the post and someone wrote 2018/19!! How can they be so slow in putting a roof!! We will have three roofs by the time they get 1!!! The Grand Slams should have precedence to all events and cost should not be a problem to what they rake in!! I also think the US Open is getting a roof as well!!!! Two roofs in fact by 2018!! http://www.usopen.org/news/us_open_unveils_its_vision_for_the_future/!!!Philippe Chartrier is getting a roof. Kyrgios and his coach have parted ways one week after Wimby. He will be working with Josh Eagle.
Kyrgios wants to move back home to Canberra and his old coach lives in Melbourne with a young family and didn't want to move up there.Strange decision after his success you would think
Edit: I read the decision is came about from a want to spend more time in Canberra. Could be a silly thought, but if he's gonna stay in Canberra to work on his game, where will he get decent players of a high enough standard to hit with him and play practice sets?

The Aussies claim another one! Alja Tomljanovic is going to represent Australia at the U.S Open and at tour level once she gets her citizenship. That explains the wildcard into Sydney this year.

Weird move I think given she is ranked 50 odd and has direct entry into events without TA help. Maybe Croatia funnelled all their money into Vekic and she got her nose out of joint over it?
Jinx ...Finally a girl at the Australian Open that won't flop first round! Go Alja!
A group of 21-year-old students from Bundoora, Australia, suddenly found themselves confronted with these questions after newly minted Wimbledon quarter-finalist Nick Kyrgios sent the following tweet on Wednesday evening:
The Canberra native was in the northern suburb of Melbourne and within minutes of receiving a response from someone named Tim and his La Trobe University friends, Kyrgios was at their doorstep.
