Announced yesterday Adelaide will host back to back ATP 250/WTA 500 tournaments in the two week prior to the Aus Open.

With the first week clashing with the new teams comp and then the second week being the week before a Grand Slam I'm not expecting great fields but happy to have the two weeks of tournaments.

I presume Dohr and Chennai are still on in the first week of the year with Adelaide and the teams comp?
Still require the vaccination to attend?

No vaccination is required to enter Australia - And if it was, it is redundant because most got their last shot 12 months and many in the under 30 cohort are being advised to not have any more shots.

Thankfully common sense prevails and Djokovic has been given a visa to enter Australia and play in the Australian open in 2023. Fantastic.

Good news. There still will be complaining but this is the best outcome

Coco Gauff has star potential - Don't underestimate Pegula who is a driven player, while being the daughter of a billionaire must give her some star appeal.

Davis Cup and Kosmos are no more.

Not sure what this means for the Davis Cup. The BJK Cup has a similar format now as well, and that was without the Kosmos group.
