It depends where the "expected" comes from.

But it looks more and more like Trump has not only lost as the incumbent but lost the GOP the Senate.....

Mitch wanting to link section 230 to the bail out cheques probably had an impact too. Having the republican senate vote on stimulus cash to people right before the election was a very cunning move by the democrats.

Chatham County was 60-40 in November, it's 68-32 at the moment (40% counted). Huge naval bases there with probably lots of postal GOP votes.

Wouldn't be surprised to see the remaining 60% spread a bit more 50-50. If the needle's predicting continuation of 68-32 with remaining votes, that might be a bit off.

My wallet is clutching at straws, though.
 
Do yourself a favour and check out the live-stream of the Party for Loeffler Purdue (link on FoxNews website). Look at all those masks (Perdue just came out of quarantine). That prayer circle doesn't look very socially distanced.....

Margin got cut quite a bit just as you posted.

Needle now has Ossoff up to 73% so it must be accounting for it.
