not at all Mudeye.

I think you'll find what is most irritating about biased commentry/analysis (both good & bad) is that as consumers, we rely on the commentry of these people (read: experts,ex-players etc) to report the facts about games, players & results.

These post match reports, should be to provide a brief summation of the games events for the interested football public.
If I was to have missed the game b/w North & St.Kilda & relied upun ch.9's post match summary, I would have not learned anything about the game which was played, except believe that St'Kilda played (?) hopelessly against ...........who.....North Melbourne.

These forums should not be to heavily wrap or criticise any side, but to report the facts and stats, so as to fill in the blanks.

Gerard Healy got the quinella tonight on 3AW's Talking Football as he (along with Hookes,Rohan Connollyand Terry Wallace) again talked about the Roos game without mentioning one North player-plenty about the Saints still being on the right track though!!

Not that I'm a Connolly fan, but in fairness he did devote most of his Analysis piece on Sunday to the Roos.

Mind you we were the only game on the Saturday afternoon!!

If the Lions/Bombers game was played in the afternoon as well rather than at night then Connolly's analysis would have been all Bom.......

Hang on the Bombers lost didn't they........

Correction.......wouldn't have heard a peep about the Bombers!!!

Cheers

I was listening to that toss pot Patrick whats-his-face from the Australian on Sport927 on Monday morning and he babbled on comparing St Kilda to North Melbourne and said as a team, St Kilda had more talent!
