they should be, although I can see the bookies still going with hawthorn at under 1.50.. they have been shocking this year at giving decent odds

They won't go in a favourites but if the line is anymore than 10 points i'll be putting a lot of money on sydney at the line. Only thing that stopped me from smashing the giant plasma today was the money on the line for the crows.

I was going to barrack for the Swans next week anyway but even more now that Hawthorn don't deserve to be there.

It would be a travesty if they won a flag after the armchair ride they got today.

Hawks will win. Today is the wake up call they needed, and they clearly struggled after having the week off. Next week will go in all the better, and will have Hodge back too, I imagine.

Game finished at 8 pm didn't it?

6 day / 18 hour recovery period.

You were going helter shelter till the end, Sydney put their **** in the air at 3 / 4 time.

Wouldn't quite say we did. Were sweating it until about half way through the last, but yes, very contrasting ends to the matches. Our boys ran out the match comfortably with no injury concerns, can't say same for the Hawks, and Buddy didn't look great with his goal kicking, which may loom on his mind next week.
