Yep.. i went down and watched the Newtown VS Lara game and i only saw one big hit..
And that came in the final quarter from there biggest player on someone half his size and the newtown player got straight back up.. that wasnt punishment at all.

THE TOP GUNS tips for this week.

Grovedale V GWSP - West by 2 goals.

Leopold v StMary's - i hear St Marys have a few out but i still think they will get over the line against a struggling leopold outfit by 4 goals.

South Barwon V Newtown and Chillwell - South will be keen to get back on the winners list and will beat the eagles convincingly.

Lara v St.Albans - Lara by 6 goals.

Joeys v North Shore - A hard game to pick as north seemed to have dropped off the pace in recent weeks, i will go with joeys by 4 goals.

Bell Park V Colac - The dragons to cement there spot in the top 2 with a convincing win

Also Jackson Brady wouldnt happen to be the big fella from North Shore that wears glasses would he?
 
I just found out that these 3 are captains for their respective sides

South Barwon is Ash Dolley (FullBack)
Bell Park is Talarico (Midfielder)
St Joeys is Will Ryan (Backline)

So thats it for 5 teams, what about all the others...

there have been plenty of players that have not played one year of falcons footy but still been drafted just becaue they have flown under the radar so its not coz he aint good enough its becaue he hasnt been noticed yet.

back to talking bout underated players, has anyone seen or heard of david nye from newtown. im pretty sure he plays off a half back flank and has had a good year with newtown so far.
