Its said that Hart was 'assisted' with his move to Yatina to reduce his exposure to children due to his pedophilia. The interesting thing about that Under Investigation special by Liz Hayes is it was attended by Bograt... ********. I have zero faith in his capacity for critical thinking. At the end they asked opinions about the match for Brown and the testimony of Sue Laurie and he still opted for Hart.
Hart has history for sure. The problem with Hart is that identikit man was unconcerned drawing attention to
himself. The Beaumont case on busiest beach and busiest day and AO case where he dragged two children for kilometres. Hart was known for his offending. And lived locally at the time. Immediately recognisable. Much more likely it was a out of town stranger

This to me says he was so bad and so open about it that he really didnt care who saw what, it also suggests that whoever 'assisted' was more concerned with hiding his activities than bringing them to light and him to account.
He may well have been seen by someone who knew of his activities but it was deemed safer to say nothing.
Hart owned his Yatina house for a long while prior to shifting up there 'permanently'. When is he said to have been 'assisted' to move up there? Its said that Hart was 'assisted' with his move to Yatina to reduce his exposure to children due to his pedophilia.

the first report would have confused matters. Irresponsible for the media for posting it. would have sent the public looking for Harry Phipps. So within 2 reports in the same week we have 2 different suspects
It must have been difficult for police with all these differing descriptions and suspects
The problem is compounded as different ''theorists'' grab one of these reports and hold on to it as the truth - when its likely to be a shotgun approach by police and reporters

Are you referring to the transgender person AND the identakit man abductor? I suspect that the trans person was merely a witness probably identified by other witnesses but didn't give any testimony. That's what I recall. There is some suggestion this person was standing guard to help facilitate the abduction. Don't know....just a guess. Interesting that no one came forward.
Identakit man was clearly the abductor. He clearly had a stoop.
I wonder if the stoop, was due to the person being tall and stooping, or if it was do to a ailment. Seems hard to believe if someone had a back injury, they would be able to carry a three year old a great distance. Are you referring to the transgender person AND the identakit man abductor? indeed, which is why it mightve been total bullshit, just to get everyone looking for a man with a stoop, when the actual perp mightve been anything butAgreed. if it was injury related then makes it more difficult. That is quite an achievement for a middle aged man to carry one and drag another child kilometres. Impressive strength and fitness.

bingo, one of the keys to cracking this whole sordid case, the assistant curator said so, so it must be true ...But it was part of witness testimony of the assistant curator. Doubt they made it up
He may have been stooped - due to the facet he was carrying a three year old, rather than he usually walked with a stoop.indeed, which is why it mightve been total bullshit, just to get everyone looking for a man with a stoop, when the actual perp mightve been anything but
Could you please attach this in a file, so I could download it? CheersTrans person strikes again
From August 1973 report
And this on please. Or send them both through our mail box pleaseStooped man
Agreed, if you're a tall person and you're carrying a small child in one arm whilst dragging/pulling along another older child with the other whilst attempting to make a swift get away, you'd be leaning forward which could quite easily be described as a stoop to someone who only witnessed it for a moment. He may have been stooped - due to the facet he was carrying a three year old, rather than he usually walked with a stoop.
Exactly, a person over 6ft, carrying a 3 year old and trying to keep an 11yo under control whilst making a get a way without a scene, could cause a stoop.Agreed, if you're a tall person and you're carrying a small child in one arm whilst dragging/pulling along another older child with the other whilst attempting to make a swift get away, you'd be leaning forward which could quite easily be described as a stoop to someone who only witnessed it for a moment.

Hmm yes, that would of helped.I seem to recall that the assistant curator saw the man before and then after the snatch. You would expect that SAPOL would have sought to distinguish if the stoop was there before
