it sure is johnymac, and totally illogical for a person, again, irrespective of whether their crime was planned or spontaneous, to not be looking to jump inside a car and get far away asap, thus came about the new thinking that the abductor did not use a car or other registered vehicle at all, nor did they appear to be moving as quickly as possible from the openness of a parkland to better cover among sidestreets etc, as if on the way to a nearby property, this final sighting, which was by a young man driving his car through bonython park, confirmed that these 3 people were heading in a northerly direction
I have been reading through all the old posts, to see if I can come up with any ideas.
I wonder why this witness wasn't interviewed on the last tv program. Was it because, both the lolly boy and the young man, corroborate their observations and that didn't make for dramatic tv?
The one where Sue Lawrie said when she was 14 years of age, walking with her Mum, saw them going towards the zoo and identified the man from photos.
The public watch these programs, with the view they are factual, but they aren't. It is quite frustrating, especially for a person, looking for links and clues.

The advertiser news has a new article and there are some photos. I don't think the article has much new news. I cannot copy paste from this website so I took a few screenshots to share here.
I can only post one pic at a time too.

The podcast is now ready to listen to. Will detail a lot of what Metic has posted.

I have a contact in the corrections system. We were discussing the banter between M Rust and M T Marshall. The stuff filtering out of the system sounded like BS to me. I've always had doubts that MTM witnessed any kind of AO crime scene. Not to say Hart wasn't involved. There is no hard evidence either way to say for certain who it was.

enjoyed this read,thanks to all

found out a couple things i hadnt known before, firstly about this Radan guy and the proper name of"frank"

for mine this Frank Bone had to be involved, that 30 minutes missing part had to be to brief someone,as for the not looking bit, someone mentioned he stayed seated in case the girls came back, ive read elsewhere more than once that the grandmother of kg had that job,so not giving him any pass on that one

would like to know if Frank was still a family friend by the time the very active in the case younger sister of jr came into the world, have seen no mention of that, did she ever meet him?

would think that his involvement would have been re the one girl he didnt have a connection with=kg,that fits in with the theory that the actual perp wasnt expected to show up with 2 girls and that kg was the lone target, bone probably had many oppurtunities in the past to assist in any attempt on jr,but that never happened

im keenly following wanda beach,BC,AO,easey street and zodiac in the usa, would love for one or more to be solved

maybe one angle they could look at is try and find out who is looking after bsve?assuming his mother is dead, who looked in on her when she was alive?who is sending bsve some nice treats in jail, whatever they are allowed there,cigarettes/chocolate cakes/tim tams, new tv/laptop and whatever else they are allowed when spending hard time these days, because its clear he would know quite a lot & is saying nothing,he could be of assistance im sure in bc and ao,im thinking he knows exactly what happened and who,but even if he doesnt he would have a pretty good idea

Is this for real? This case is 50 years old. how is there a new witness... is the call BS or cover up?

There's been some suspicion levelled at Frank Bone over the years, firstly for staying in his seat then for refusing to attend the Coroner's Inquest. The reason why is explained in this article.

Frank Bone's son Alex was there on the day and helped in the search, along with his father Frank.

The detective also confirmed Alex Bone gave a formal statement to SAPOL in 1974 and that he was contacted by Major Crime in 2013 after ******** revealed in an article in The Advertiser the long hidden detail of insurance investigator Frank Bone being at the footy with the Ratcliffes that day.

“We just thought they would come back... that they had taken a wrong turn or got playing,” Mr Bone recounted this week. “Dad and Les stayed watching the footy as David and I went looking for the girls, and Kath had gone to check the toilets and then had a huge argument with the SACA person on the entrance of the members because they would not let her in to look for the girls.

“She had tried to get me and David in there to look too, and also asked them to make an announcement and they ignored her. I never saw Kath more angry than I did at that moment,” Mr Bone added. “It was towards the end of the game when we realised that something was seriously wrong, and it got frantic. Both Les and Dad were looking for the girls, and so was the grandmother of the little girl... everyone was looking.”

Frank Bone was never mentioned in media reports and did not attend the 1979 inquest into the abduction, despite suggestions he was subpoenaed three times. Alex says his father boycotted the inquest when he learned SACA officials central to the Ratcliffe’s complaint would not face the Coroner.

Strange this Alex Bone, and it seems his dad havent been mentioned anywhere since really. Only bloke who would know what was going on that day

Reading news on this it would seem even if this Alex had spoken up back then, no one would have listened to him. The lolly seller dont think they took much notice of him it appears. Other kids saw stuff too it shows

It’s very real police have known about this person since day one.
WHats with the hat the lolly seller reckons the abductor wore... police are looking at it or the bikers have it? That story says its being forensically looked at... but the go fund me comment suggests bikers or privates doing forensics
