I still remember that pilot episode which was being sung by Tina Cohen-Chang while auditioning for New Directions. Katy Perry is the original performer of this song. I love this song and Don't Stop Believin', Jump, Proud Mary, are my other favorite song in Glee episodes that i had ended up watching last week. Glee is being famous among fans just coz it its sweetest and melodious songs. In season 2 Britney Spears Episode "Hit me Baby One More time" was to good.

I liked Tina and Mike's duet, very complimentary, how he couldn't really sing but was a great dancer, and vice versa for her. Thought it captured the essence of the exercise quite well.

tina/mike was full of zest and energy. they really brought it to the table. lots of fun! you could tell they had their glee mates captivated.

bens grin is certainly punchworthy isnt it? so is his face generally.

i have no idea what the song was, or the lyrics, but their costumes were just awkward. the whole thing was uncomfortable.

as for quinn punching them, think its in the script ;):)

agreed.

i think the episodes are struggling to reach the heights of the first season.

i call it the ana ivanovic theory. when she burst on the scene she was the hottest property on the WTA. then she started getting moar attention, doing photo shoots etc. overexposure led to a bit of meh particularly given the rise and rise (and rise in my pants) of the russian girls

similarly quinn was the one most guys wanted to defile due to her character per se in S1.

now, she's being brought back to the pack with rachel getting more attention

I really think now,that the producers erred with New Directions not going past regionals last season

Its like we are going to waste 8-10 episodes just waiting to go through sectionals(again)then regionals then all of next season will be about nationals(im guessing,correct me if Im wrong)

Hope im wrong though and the show starts to pick up,but IMO other than the grilled Cheesus episode, this season has been lacking
 
mercedes over sings most of her songs soulful or not... now she is doing the frank'n'furter role (seriously!!) in the rocky horror special... i've heard her sing sweet transvestite and its absolutely terrible .. puck would have been the far better choice to do it (not sure if he was asked or not)

Agree, she's easily the worst cast member (followed closely by new Blonde bloke).

She can't act, is an average singer and her tap dancing is laughable. Would be good if they could 'transfer' her like they did the Black/Spanish hybrid kid Matt.
 
Same, not a fan of Rocky Horror, and thought the 'Time Warp' was a really flat way to end the episode. Just reminds me of songs drunken oldies dance to at parties. Also, I know it was a 'Rocky Horror' show, but there were too many songs for my liking.

Bit of a filler ep really. Didn't progress the 'Nationals' storyline at all, but I guess they've earnt the right to post a 'nothing' ep, not to mention it's Halloween in the States.

Will chasing Emma is getting old......well, that's what I thought until Emma did her green-shirt dance :eek:

Good to see Brittana's back on track :)

Also loving the Stamos/Santana chem, but does 'wanky' still possess the Australian meaning in the States? Or did I miss something?

im a fan of both the rocky horror show (seen the movie and show heaps of times over the years) and glee but the time warp was the worst thing the Glee cast has ever done... and dont even get me started on mercedes as frank'n'furter :mad:
