I honestly can’t remember the yellow.

They said these were early ideas, but anything I’ve heard since indicates they went with the design as it was

Letting it wash over me but im liking it, like the 2 tone red, the monogram works, it's unique, pretty happy so far

That's definitely it I'd say coz it matches lommy's previous descriptions. So yes they likely went to one design company and left all the great designs online out to pasture, like afl clubs like to do for some bewildering reason.

It's an ordinary logo, but will surely look better on the jumper than the previous aberration.

Again, the logo itself wasn’t the problem for me, as much as it was slapping it in the middle of a vibrant red and yellow jumper with nothing else. If all they’ve done is update the logo in the middle and made it a slightly darker two-tone red then… it’s a sort of an upgrade I guess?

Will have to wait and see it live. The concept is good but the execution is a bit soulless? (Cue the right on brand then jokes).

I'm not sure it even will, the logo is as bad as the previous one.

I thought the old logo was ok as a logo, but looked really insipid and weak on the jumper coz it was simply an outline. At least this one has some bulk coloring to it, so could be seen on field from a distance.

I do agree though it's another failure, but what's most important is what it looks like on field and on t.v. imo.

I emailed both Evans and the head of marketing or design or whatever at the club the best designs on here done by freight train over the past few years. Both obviously saw them coz they replied to my emails and still chose this 'interesting' design. Maybe they thought it looks futuristic coz a graphic designer did it lol.

I don't mind it. Need to see it in an actual guernsey.
The colours are certainly less offensive on the eyes.

It's just a colour scheme of what the guernsey will be.

It's an Auskick basic version.

Collingwood's, for example, is just plain black with a Collingwood logo on it.

From the look of the billboard, it will be a 2 tone gradient.
