I've seen Nas twice now and he has put on an awesome show. If anyone is into hip hop and still enjoys Gangsta rap and doesn't like Akon or T.I or T-Pain then i suggest you see a real rapper like Nas. He is the best and realest rapper out there still and always will be

Does it ussually sell out pretty quickly? Or I have got a day or two to get tickets? On sale Thursday right?
 
Hoping for some sideshows.

Phoenix, Sasha, Nas & Damian and Friendly Fires.

Sasha usually does a couple of club shows in Brisbane whenever he comes so I presume he will do so again.

If Nas & Damian don't do a sideshow then I will have to go, but hopefully they do.
 
First off, how much is half price?

Secondly, it is terrible when this happens, becasue the people who lose out are those who bothered to support the show in the first place. Secondly the promotors put themselves in trouble becasue maybe people hang back in future (that is if this festival has a future after that stunt).

Vfest did it a few years ago, and I benefitted. Although the price drop may also becasue they split the show up into two separate nights. However, from memory the eventual price for a single night (PSBs, GA, Gnarls, Rapture) was far less than they first promoted it at.

Dropping show prices is like when those tour CDs come out months after the original with bonus remixes and youve already bought the single disc when it came out :mad:.

Of course in those situations, there is a way to get the remixes without buying the CD again. Unless you're a hacking genius, there's no way to get a festival ticket for free without knowing someone in a very high place.

They are together - although my understanding is that in their live duo act so far, they perform together for about half a show and then each do about a quarter of solo stuff (they start and finish together though).
