Goodbye Leon

Was more than serviceable last night compared to others, eg. Rowe, Egan, Caracella. Give the bloke a go. His personal life off the field isn't what you'd call flash, and he is one of a very few blokes we do have on the list who can turn a game in a quarter. Keep him.

I was shocked that he wasn't delisted last year but he is my favourite player

I would kick the walls off if he got delisted... I only punched a pillow when Mcgough and Rupe got delisted :p and I saluted Richardson, Malloy and Freeborn when they retired ;)

We now I'm just rambling I'll stop

You've played your last game for Collingwood.
I'd bet plenty against that. Personally I'd have traded him a year or two ago but he will play more games this year and probably be on the list next year.

Yep, lets delist the only bloke that can play in the guts, run quickly and dodge in and out of heavy traffic.
Yep he can do that - twice a game, every 8th week provided the 8th doesn't happen fall in a tough match unless it is against Port Adelaide who still pay him no respect in spite of the fact he plays his best football against them.

Leon Davis is one end of Collingwood's problem. Players that keep getting games but have little impact most weeks. The other end is players who keep getting it and turn it over.

Agreed with the first point, but I'd venture that it's not entirely his fault - early in the season he had a couple of brilliant halves in the midfield, before going back to the forward line for the rest of the game and doing not much. He then started up forward again the following week and didn't go back into the midfield at all.

NEON LEION - wot do you say - I mean the bloke is famous for going possesionless in a GF - and I still like him - he is definetly not a long term player but we could get rid of COLE WOEY RICHARDS WALKER LONIE for draft picks or players and still keep Davis. At least if we keep him we know what his capabilities are - if we recruit some other dud from another club it just gives us all someone else to bag.

Davis needs to play every game for the rest of the season to get to 100 Collingwood senior games.....would you keep playing him........?

Davis is a dead end street, he will never improve, he will always be the same player. No need to persist any further.
isn't he the same player now?
He's gotten no better than he was in his early days, if he's at pieland next year they need to take the number 1 off him and give it to a player who will be playings 1's

You would never survive here.

We eat people like you for breakfast.

Why not come down and see us some day :D
You Frankstonites aren't as tough as you think you are. You let all those rich people on Mount Eliza look down at you, and you've got classical music playing in your train station... :p
