Haha yeah, and keep the rest of the midfield who run slowly, can't dodge at all, and then completely waste the disposal!mandy said:.... and then completely waste the disposal.
Time to go Leon.

Lets not forget the Lions game was his first game back.
I'd bet plenty against that. Personally I'd have traded him a year or two ago but he will play more games this year and probably be on the list next year.hotpie said:You've played your last game for Collingwood.
Yep he can do that - twice a game, every 8th week provided the 8th doesn't happen fall in a tough match unless it is against Port Adelaide who still pay him no respect in spite of the fact he plays his best football against them.Lenny29 said:Yep, lets delist the only bloke that can play in the guts, run quickly and dodge in and out of heavy traffic.
Agreed with the first point, but I'd venture that it's not entirely his fault - early in the season he had a couple of brilliant halves in the midfield, before going back to the forward line for the rest of the game and doing not much. He then started up forward again the following week and didn't go back into the midfield at all.MarkT said:Yep he can do that - twice a game, every 8th week provided the 8th doesn't happen fall in a tough match unless it is against Port Adelaide who still pay him no respect in spite of the fact he plays his best football against them.
Leon Davis is one end of Collingwood's problem. Players that keep getting games but have little impact most weeks. The other end is players who keep getting it and turn it over.
yeh he should get a couple of games there and see how he goes. if he goes bad then play him in the Forward line and if he doesnt fire... then goodbye LeonStakerz said:Play him in the midfield.
isn't he the same player now?rychenroller said:Davis is a dead end street, he will never improve, he will always be the same player. No need to persist any further.

You Frankstonites aren't as tough as you think you are. You let all those rich people on Mount Eliza look down at you, and you've got classical music playing in your train station...Murray said:You would never survive here.
We eat people like you for breakfast.
