Not being able to attract quality candidates is how we ended up with Goodwin. A handful of other candidates publicly shunned MFC when we were searching for Roos' successor.

Don't get me wrong that I can understand what it mean for Victorians but at least the Demons won one in our lifetime.
Freo is pushing 30 years with no flag. I was alive for more than 30 years before we won ours. I can assure you it’s still a great feeling.
