I heard tonight that a Well known GV team Coach has made Derogatory comments to last week oppisition on there own community newspaper.

These have since been deleted off the community newspaper site

My not embarrassing call mite have been premature.
Standard thursday nite "teams" dinner for bears tonite.
President over the weekend insists the womens team attend to build club spirit (sounds good to me - excellent initiative)
Teams all arrive and sit down
Pres says a few words then asks mens coaches to announce there teams, so far so good.
Pres...okay now for the netball update..
Netball coaches get up and do their thing, so far so good.

Pres hops back up, okay guess that wraps it up for the teams, onto Jag the Joker.

That really bad if that the case, I do know at Tat that we have a person from each of the teams including the youth girls team goes through the team. Even when our president speak, everyone listens(I have to say that, Big Brother is watching! LOL)

In fairness toxic , I think the current woman's football set-up lends itself to a little segregation from the male clubs they are aligned to. The youth girls being in the the SDJFL and the open woman being in another league , alternate to the GVL , IMO doesn't encourage collaboration. The fact girls have to be cleared to play up into their clubs senior woman's team is another example of this flaw.
Unfortunately , the way it currents exists it appears as though it is seen as a club having a team in a different sport and isn't overly different from having junior sides in different comps.
Only my thought , but segregation will continue until leagues govern all of it's clubs teams.
eg. The GVL govern all grades which feed its male and female football and netball from introduction level to senior level.

So based on your information oz, that narrows it down to Osborne, Flaherty, Daniels or Newman. Pretty sure it wouldn't be Flaherty, but wouldn't have a clue about the other three.

Sorry been a long day work. It was the other way around(Time for me to go to bed). The Club was from the Eastside of the river making comment about a westside club.

Saying the Benalla and other Teams of the Goulburn Valley League Hates Kyabram. It included a lot of profanity I heard. I heard the GVFL board were not impress at all.
