Why was JAMO sacked abruptly?

Few things have gone drastically wrong and credit they are going on the up improving but my opinion is my opinion and it’s as valid as anyone else’s opinion

And let's not forget Shannon played at Shepp before going to Tat... so it's not like he's blown off Tat to go to a random club.

Surely more than 10 years since Jamo left. Did he leave and go to Queensland then come back? Was he sacked? I don't actually recall.

Iirc he was in a full time position and undertook the GM or similar role at Tat which was unprecedented but something that many had floated and Tat seemingly haven’t revisited .

My understanding is the club realised the combined roles weren’t working moreso than the individual ( jamo ).

Think he spent some time at Nagambie before landing at Numurkah.

Relax Hardballs.

If Jamo got the flick from both Tatura and Wangaratta ... I do not believe that makes Tatura a toxic club. Perhaps Jamo and the the two clubs expectations at the time did not quite align. One club might get it wrong ... but two or more normally do not.

Jamo has a very colourful personality. I don’t think Tat were in the in the wrong in the instance.

Regarding the struggling to field a 2's Side? When you nearly had 20 injuries in a year(Include half of those long term) for most of year last year. I think it was massive effort to have play all games except one(Which I believe both 2nd Teams were struggling and it was mutual by both club). I know of one club who ressies last couple of year do not want to travel to other clubs for game and forfeit theirs. This injury crisis no club want to have to there club

Culture and attitude? The culture and Attitude has improved quite a lot in the past couple of years, on and off the field.

As regard to Matt Shannon, I would have loved him to play more at Tat when he was at Tat but injuries did not help include a broken leg.
I do not think any Tatura faithful have any ill will to Matt and his family and good luck to him at the Shepp Bears which was his original club.

He was recruited to rovers as part of a succession plan with crezza, and I think didn't see eye to eye and he wasn't in their best 22, so that's how he got to Nagambie
