I’d rather Kelly than Wright.
Wright seems like an absolute sook these day, the way he’s left his last 2 clubs. His ego is very big and when bruised it’s all downhill from there.

Another sook. How many of us have had to work with people we didn't get on with or like or under bosses with whom we were not overly enamored? Perhaps some here have missed out on a position they applied for and had to work alongside the person who got the gig. Wright has spat the dummy in record time.
Good luck to Wrighty - not sure what credentials he brings as a CEO to Carlton other than ambition. I think its a very different skill set to running a footy department.
Kelly on the other hand started and ran his own business into one of the biggest and well credentials talent management agencies going around. Sure he has some rough edges but think he has the skillset to be a CEO.

I am concerned that flags follow Wright around - he is a very shrewd operator.......which can only be a bad thing when he goes to Carlton.......his loss was bad news for the pies and now it just looks like terrible management!

Watch Carlton fill glaring gaps in their list profile in the coming year or two ....more speed and explosiveness out of stoppage as one example, and will be done with bargains .....and also gameplan ......Carlton have had a premiership list but a losing game style .....very good get for Carlton.....Damn!
