For those that way inclined I have been using this script for a week now to make me money whilst I am doing other things. It seems to last a few hours before it shits itself and needs setting back up. Seems they'll stop updating it once the new patch hits so may be worth while if you want to grind some money.

Bloody miss having my wheel. The Logitech one shit itself and just haven't bought one since.

Was decent enough on the controller but I know I'm missing out haha
 
New update yesterday included the new AI
5 new cars including an old 1960's Honda F1

I never owned a Thrustmaster but used one before buying my G29. I spent my whole time with the G29 wishing I had the thrustmaster. The belt driven feedback v gear given feed
back was far superior to me.

I have T300 with T3PA Pro Pedals. Have also used neighbours G29 a lot. T300 has better wheel feel and strength, G29 has better default pedals. T300 with upgraded pedals (they have a load cell model now if you want to get really fancy) is the best of both worlds, but comes down to budget obviously.

EDIT: I see the GT Edition you mentioned comes with metal pedals which include the conical rubber brake mod. This makes the biggest difference, so I would take that any day over G29.

Most nights I really enjoy it. There's always a couple of races where you get taken out or lose places due to dodgy overtakes. But last night was doing my head in. Get a good start, racing cleanly with top 4 or 5, approach a slow corner and guy comes up the inside from 200m back, using me and guy in front as brake without penalty. I then hit guy in front who has lost momentum from said dive bomb and get a penalty. Good times...

Yeah that's frustrating as ****. These games still aren't great with determining who's responsible for collisions.

Quite possibly, but half the time I don't have time to catch the name of the prick who hit me.

Here's a good one from the other night. Gizmo comes from the bleachers at about the 30 second mark, knocking the shit out of me. I lose momentum and then get tagged by every person coming past, dropping me from 4th to 10th. You can see how far back he is in the rear view screen in bottom right.

Best bit was in the comments after the race, he was abusing a couple of other drivers for being dirty :D
