I had my shoulders taped that day and after playing on packa both were green from how hard he tackled me into the turf, that's the sorest I've being after a game of footy, all fair too

Yep, extremely tough, and he made the team tough too, never seen a team like that, was absolutely unreal, one of my favourite times to be an Ultima player

Watched a couple games this year, although they struggled there was a good crop of 5 or so young blokes coming through from the 3rds, if they can hang onto those boys and bring in some handy recruits, I think they can challenge.

More to come on the recruitment front for the blues... hearing some noise that they are following the Hay blueprint and looking to fly some talent in from QLD - think it's pretty evident they are chips in this season

They tried to fly a few in last season from Darwin didn’t workout to well for them.
They have tried the fly in fly out model before has worked and has failed for them.
 
Who’s the early call for premier next year if Ultima stay in the league?
Gotta be them for back to back in my opinion, if hay have lost their travelling players then they will struggle, heard cattanach has gone to Werribee.
Murrabit recruiting but going to need more than 3 players to turn that 100 point loss they suffered into a win against Ultima.
Haven’t heard much on wandella nor macorna, moula to struggle again big time

Wandella haven’t picked up anyone at this stage lost Darren Rushton back to Woorinen.
Macorna have got Shaun Hafferden back to co coach, but hearing the are losing all their Melbourne players

Nah hearing they’ve all gone back Trent, not going around again mate, big loss for hay, their local talent is good but won’t be enough, they might lose a couple young guns in jack headon and Jensen Hargreaves as well if they decide to take their footy to the next step

Would murrabit need that much to contend with ultima though? From afar they seem to have an okay spread of players, just missing some A graders. If they picked up 3 guns would they be in the mix?
