For volunteers and supporters, juniors etc but for what senior players get paid these days they should go any distance required

Exactly, when you get players flying in from QLD and NT another hour and a half is not much I was thinking about if junior parents have to drive that far for a kids game and an early start and big trip for an old supporter and bit of a late finish when they get home. Suppose there is a few pubs in between to pull in for a drink or feed but I miss my Bendigo days when the longest trip was 15 minutes.

LV only have an U18 comp no other juniors. Either clubs joining that league have their juniors playing in the BJFL, which is unlikely or they will have to play with other clubs around them.
U18 games don’t count as junior games towards the point system so these clubs will find it hard to get juniors as 1 point unless they are allowed to be aligned to another club with an MOU.

They'd have to change it for community leagues wouldn't they
