I wouldn't risk him there for a full season. I've no doubt he could play there, but I don't think he's built for it, and would wear down. Much better off with a Skipper or Morgan there. Guido and Murph can both lead up and take a mark or work off the CHF,which would put pressure on other backlines.

My preference would be for a quality tall to play there but unfotunately i doubt we have any who could play the position well enough. Murphy is a quality player and played the role well last year as a leading mobile CHF. I would prefer 6 quality midsize players than a couple of dud talls who cannot take a contested grab and to be honest apart from Darcy our talls cannot take contested grabs. Would like to see Grant and either Davidson or Kmac as the talls with midsize player filling the other positions
