He certainly isn't playing as well as someone who has had 7 years experience at AFL/VFL level.

Don't cloud the real reasons, he only has 36 games so far because of how bad he has actually been (and injuries partly, same thing every footballer has to deal with).

He's young in terms of experience.

It doesn't matter how old you are, if you've only played 30 odd games, you wont have adjusted to AFL standards.

Richards will come good.
