I think you might have a point.

He seemed to play better leading up on the wing. Would he be less of a liability there though?

I would like to know how many possessions Mundy got today. he got a goal as well. And hansen was scoreless. Thats two weeks in a row we got hurt by his opponent. Kennedy would be more accountable.

Embley was no better, he doesn't even look as though he wants to be out there. He may as well have left with Cousins and Juddy !!

hansen is now tradeable in my eyes. Kennedy will be better. Hopefully he has an injury free season to maintain his valueor to enable him to find form and stay in the team. Embley will lift me thinks. He played very well in the pre-season games and just needs a kick on the arse to get going

Definitely put contract negotiations on hold.

The problem is that he is so inflexible and one dimensional he restricts our ability to play another tall forward.

There is no doubt his body isnt right but thats no excuse. He either should be doing more or not playing for the senior side.

ps. would be good if he could hold a tackle once in his life. He just sticks his hands out like he is giving someone a hug. Should watch how Waters tackles with his whole body.

The delivery to him and Lynch all day was pretty much shocking...

But lets all blame Hansen for it

Yep, agree. I reckon those delivering were trying to see if they could ping Lynch's hammy! How many balls were at their feet, come on.

He wasnt as bad as some have stated.

Embers did nothing, at least Hansen presented.

Ash doesnt control the kicks coming towards him from our mids.

He'll retain his spot next week.

The Fridge may just have to bide his time.

He couldn't tackle a pensioner.
He couldn't chase down a toddler.
At the moment he couldn't even kick his girlfriend out of bed.
Therefore he can't kick, chase or tackle. What good is he to a team that is struggling to kick a winning score? None he is useless.

AND he can't take a mark over his head. Has he got shoulder problems?

So if Kennedy comes good, Spanger, McKenzie and Schofield step up and Hunter goes forward Hansen is out of a job.

The modern fast running game means 200cm CHF are history IMO.

Do NOT extend his contract until he shows something, trade him and get a more agile forward or second round pick.

Last week he could be blamed but this week he tried his little heart out. Great chest marker but needs to improve his pack marking.
Tried going one way, but didn't try too hard when the ball was being carried out of our forward line. Did not lay a single tackle, did not ever chase an opponnent and look as if he ment it, or was in any danger of making any ground on them.

We are playing Sydney on a big ground next week, and they will run it out of our forward line all day if Hansen plays again. Just like Adelaide did.

Edit, his contract has just been extended hasn't it?

Too late. If it was going to be done, it had to be at the end of last season, where he could've nabbed a late 1st round/early 2nd rounder. If he doesn't show anything for the rest of the season his value would've dropped considerably

agree - he'd hold about as much value as kepler bradley now!

coupled with his form, lack of intensity is the issue of his dodgy hamstrings.

Why, cos his reputation is so good?

Do we play at the SCG or Telstra Stadium?

If its the SCG no way can he play, even though the ground is now 5 meters longers you don't need a long leading CHF you need one who can mark contested overhead............and that he simply has never done consistantely
