Convenience for me , Cole’s a bit more awkward to get to , use Aldi whenever can saves a fortune , thk fk Aldi adds competition to the market or we’d all be fkdColes are just as bad they are the two main players. In these tough economic times, people shop where they get the best prices, whether that's Woolies/Coles or Aldi/IGA etc
If you have one near by try Tasman meats
Better prices and quality compared to any meat you will get from the big players
IGA tend to have better quality meat because each store are only allowed to use local meat suppliers relative to where the store is located but tend to be a little more expensive
Absolutely the best option but you can end up paying a premium and somtimes they can be a little bit meh quality wise but once you find a good one you will never go backI like to use local butchers, supporting small businesses.
yep! got a few good ones I use. Whether its on the mornington peninsula or more local. as you said a bit more pricey, and cost of tolls and petrol as well, but its great.Absolutely the best option but you can end up paying a premium and somtimes they can be a little bit meh quality wise but once you find a good one you will never go back
My first job after school was cleaning in a butchers shop so I’ve always got a soft spot for them

I go to a local butcher in rural Tassie. His prices are about same as Woolies. He sources his meat local which means grass fed. Meat is way way better than Woolies. You can't go wrong with IGA meats, Tasman are not great.

Is it true that certain people feel offended? I understand that Muslims, Hindus, Jews etc respect other religions’ holy days and do not demand they not be mentioned. The issue is often busybodies and culture-war opportunists getting offended on their behalf. It's a case of they don't want to offend anyone so they say have a happy time. Obviously if they said have a happy Christmas certain sections of our society feel offended. Otherwise why say happy time?
