No offense to Coxy but my 10 year old daughter has more definition in her arms than he has .
As someone who knows a thing or two about weight training , Coxy doesnt display an upper body that indicates "elite" weight training at all , normally muscles around the neck , back & shoulders would be quite defined, he doesnt display any of these characteristics ,
whereas Nic Nat looks like he has great muscle definition around his upper body. Coxy now looks a little lazy to me , but hey hes great in the media.
