a more realistic trade that I hope to see happen would be

1. Hay + pick 22 to Freo for Polak

2. Hay to Roos , Motlop to Freo , Polak to Hawks ( add a pick somewhere along the lines)

3. Hay + Brennan + pick 22 for Polak and pick 10? ( primarily hopeful in nature - but hey you never know what Freo can do lol )
