Two undefeated seasons in a row for Harrow Balmoral. Wouldn't be crazy to suggest they should consider shifting to a higher quality league.
Their netball is struggling in the district league, they wouldn't cut it in the Wimmera
and no U17 football either. Clubs are much more than the Senior footy side. The only way they would go would be South West.

While I agree with the above, Southern Mallee Giants moved to the WFNL under almost exactly the same circumstances.

HB ain’t going nowhere. Every club has its day senior footy wise. Rup dominated in the late 90s. Kalkee won 5 in a row late 2000s. Laharum had a dominant period, then giants. HB has won back to back. So what?!
The conversation shouldn’t be - “the dominant club should leave for a higher standard league”.
The conversation should be “how do all the other HDFNL senior teams improve to compete with the top side.

Natimuk finished last this year but are having a crack with recruiting for 2025 - good on them.

Tall poppy syndrome is a part of Aussie culture but please have some perspective.

Former Collingwood player Brent Mcaffer very likely to be playing for Swifts in season 2025. Moving to Halls Gap with he’s family to help run Barney’s restaurant in Pomonal which he’s parents own and run.
