I do think Watts needs a new start. How good will his best be? Don't know. But we won't find out if he stays at Melbourne. That ship sailed some years back.

If Paul Roos can't coach him right then what hope would Buckley have? Roos is about as good as there is.

Sorry i respectfully disagree. While Paul Roo's is definitely a good coach, i personally i think his extremely overrated and i think people flatter him a little bit. I reckon Buck's would have a pretty good chance at turning him around. While Mick probably had the team playing better as a whole (in the end) , i personally think buck's develop's individual's a lot better. Just my take.
