How great is silly season. I did hear from a strong source wallan was done also. Couple departures from north I'm hearing also. How is heathcote and locky looking?

Big Kahl seems to be attracting a few back to Locky...looks like all the bottom sides are on the improve

Totally agree roota. Good tough player and a ripping bloke. Gave Rochy 4 years of top service before doing his knee in the 2016 GF.

Anyone out of Colbo, if there is any of them on here, confirm that Ben Weightman was a done verbal deal, right down to the point asking for an organised long sleeve jumper, then to have Mounts pull a swifty!!! Leaving Knight ropeable.
Would have been a huge plus for Colbo, if they managed to hold onto their list from this season.

I think it was more that Walsh got wind that he was on the move and played the if you come to this league you play for me not against me. There is a relationship with the families I think....that from the outside looking in as I have no involvement at all at either club

Fair enough. The bloke is a dead set jet and would command big big money and to be fair to him his performances back that up. From my point of view though Mounts cannot of qfford to blow,everyone out of the water by too much as they need to be able to bring in a number of players. They are coming from a long way back and as good as Weightman is...he on his own will not bridge the gap

It's about time I had my say in all of this shagga!! I've played rezzys for 37 years in a good league. won club champion twice most improved once and emergency in the 1989 grand final
And as far as the grandkids are aware I was all Australian for 10 years in a row
I'm more than entitled to my opinion in this matter.

Benny is a star who's worth a lot of money and he definitely is a jet like big Kev let the man do what he wants
