That's my favourite thing, I hate when they act like politically correct robots, repeatedly saying all the cliche stuff in interviews.

The videos RFC put up of Rance sliding along the floor, players having banter among each other etc. all show us that they're just human and there's actually some personality there.

Genuinely think the club is top of the class when it comes to social and multi media stuff for the fans. Love videos like this that give us insight into the players and a bit of a laugh (definitely could use it with our indifferent start to the year!).

Hope the folks at the club have more videos to come :thumbsu:

It's been coming for weeks

People bitched about the lack of vids about a month ago, and RFC said more would be coming shortly

Coincidence, nothing more (unless rfc_o can see the future)
 
Lol, some people can never be pleased.

I can just imagine the "they shouldn't be doing these stupid videos, they should be training!" posts if this came out after 4 consecutive loses.

Chrissy Newman is pretty good at the dry humor.

Hopefully they do Dan Jackson before the end of the season as he also has a dry wit and is good in front of the camera.

Actually we had both

a couple of months a few posters were angry that footballers we laughing and joking in videos when they should be training more. They wanted all videos shelved because it was marketing BS

then a month ago a few posters complained that the club wasn't doing enough on the social media side, and had dropped the ball compared to 2013 - esp on vids

RFC_O commented that it was a combination of two factors. One that some of the stuff they planned to get done didn't end up working out, but two that they did scale down some of the stuff given the negative feeling towards the club. At this time he also advised more was in the works (inc Hello Newman).

Its the old case for damned if you do, damned if you dont
 
Jake King seems to me to be a really nice bloke - notwithstanding the company he keeps. (allegedly)
Is the target of derision and jokes from most of the non-Tiger AFL community and would be justified to be pissed off by it but instead, is more than happy to take the piss out of himself just as often.

Seems to have found his Zen - must be all those Budha's and scented candles he has in his pad.

I think that's about the fourth time in the last week some one has take a comment i've made simplified it and taken the sarcasm out to say what i actually meant. Think i'm spending too much time with teenagers.
