I use Outlook Express as my email account and I wanted to join a newsgroup. Can someone please please please tell me what the Internet News Server is?

Thanks for the help guys, apparantly news.austarmetro.com.au did the trick, sort of. When I tried to download the list of newsgroups I got this bloody error:

502 You have no permission to talk, (reverse dns disabled, see nodns in dnews.conf) {},203.214.82.201 Goodbye

I emailed Austarmetro. No reply of course.
