Whilst flicking through the channels this morning, I saw Koch had a photo of Kokkinakis (sp!) in Port gear and declared they would have a ticker tape parade for him around Alberton Oval if he won the Open .. surely even the most biased of Port fans cringed at that one

I haven't heard him come forward with a reason as to why he ignored the expert advice he was given, but still thought he knew better.
Assuming it was tongue in cheek. Must say though, it was a ripping game of tennis by the young lad. Very entertaining. Don't know how far he'll go, but hope he pushes it as far as possible. Tough for an 18 year old kid to back up after a 5 setter though.

Doesn't have to be asked. If I remember correctly, Koch was spruiking how transparent the football club is with its financials and other information. Yet strangely this has never been put forward. There was no protest from Koch on the accuracy of the article, therefore it's pretty obvious he simply didn't want to address it. I guess that's what happens when a journalist who thinks he's a finance expert, thinks he knows more than a real expert.

You're talking about the process that the Crows haven't commented on either? How exactly is the club meant to be transparent during confidential negotiations between numerous parties? Seriously, the quicker you complete your transformation into sekaj and just start posting idiotic walls of irrelevant pictures the better. It'll certainly save people a lot of time reading your BS squawking.

Because we didn't commission a report and totally ignore its findings. We were also not in a parlous financial state in which signing off this deal could jeopardise an already huge stream of red ink.
No we did not commission a report. Collins expressed his concern about what the deal was though.
