Big home game this week with traditionally a good crowd. Waiting with interest to see what marketing is in place next few days to talk up the game and make sure we get 40,000+.
Thought last Friday's crowd was under expectations given both teams realistically thought they could have a rare win - same this week.
Home game numbers = $$$$$s.
So far all we have seen is Shaggas 250 which is deserved but what about something to talk up the game and drag people through the gate.
If this was a Bombers home game I bet there would be plenty of Sheeds doing a sell job.

When was the last time our marketing department made any effort to promote a game, its been a long time, so why would they start now, anyway its 14th v 16th on the ladder, no one cares about the match, even Roos and Bombers supporters wouldn't lose much sleep if their team loses, the year is over, RIP.

But supporters will go if they think they can win a game and this one is winnable by either team. A little marketing to talk the game up could see another 5000 or so attend and that equals big bucks for us. Don't just give up!

We should have pushed to have the Swans game played in Melbourne at TD last fiday just before the 96 reunion if you ask me. Big oppurtunity missed by the club.
