Likewise! Being the addicted shopper that i am i reckon 99% of things i have forked out for this year have had a fault in them and broken. Sick to death of it, makes u want to start manufacturing your own things!

Stop buying things from discount shops and things will last. Thought you would have known better by now!

It's going to be some form of motivational book. It will take a few years though. But thats the basis of it, we will see what turns out.

Yeah and WHERE is the CD. :( maybe the book could have a soundtrack. ;)

Fred!!.. I have memories that haunt me from then!!.. tell me how to get rid of them!.. It is just not fair that I remember that far back:eek:

But somehow I never saw you there.. oh well..life goes on.. what happened on your 29th '91?

Now that's a secret, although I think one or two around here know.

my hope is that everyone close to me has a better 2003 than 2002
my dream is that everyone close to me feels no more pain or indecision, that one's never going to happen :(

Hopes:-

That I will be motivated at school - no less than a distinction this year (yeah right.)
That I won't be unemployed for any extended time this year.
That I will be able to contain my shopping urges, and be able to get to England the way I'd planned.
That I will be able to stay in England for a while.
That I will stay in contact with the person I've only known for two months, but who has been the most amazing, inspiring influence on my life.
That I will do more than stay in contact with said person (okay so that's more of a dream than a hope.)
That I will be motivated enough to work on my writing, particularly in the next couple of months.
That I will meet many amazing people.
That I will continue to grow as a person.

-Lose five kgs and eat less fast food
-Get a job at a golf course

-Move out of my in-laws house
-Record two albums with my two bands
-To be home (U.S.) during my first wedding anniversary in July
-To make more Australian friends
-To be able to afford my first EFC membership

Dreams:

-To witness a winning Essendon grand final in person
-To become part of an internationally successful rock band
-To get my golf handicap down to zero.
-To make a third hole in one.
-To never have to work a day the rest of my life

Stuff for 2003

I really hope the world doesnt go to war.

All of my family & friends to have a safe and happy new year.

Get a girlfriend.

Additional responsibilities and development of my role at work.

To go on a few more interstate trips this year.

Cold Chisel to reform.

The Crows to have a great 2003.

I hope to put on some weight, I hope that Matt and I can see our way through the next year with less than three breakups ;), I hope my move north goes well and I find a nice job and all, but I think most of all I hope 2003 is happier than this year has been. not just for me.

Wait wait wait can I change one of mine? I hope I meet a man who's actually worth my time. :)

Top stuff Jerome. Good to see another Chisel fan on Bigfooty.

And a serious CC fan at that! Check my sig, I'm the editor of a The Barking Spider, Cold Chisel magazine.

As for a reformation, its not beyond them! I'm hearing rumours that next year it could happen...propably not until mid-late 2003 if it does happen. At least Don Walker's new album will be out early next year.

Top stuff being the editor of it.

Yeah it would be good if it did happen. Any news on when Jimmy is releasing his next album?

oh FFS get rid of him already!

I agree! Ditch 'em, start again. With another guy. :D

As for me...

- Same thing I say every year, get fit/lose weight, bla bla bla :D
- Do well in my VCE, setting my goal to get in the 90s
- For Essendon to do well this year - A premiership would be nice (understatement!) but as long as they make me proud of them (as if I'm not already....;))
- Lloydy to kick a ton :D
- Get the guy I want!
- To see Lifehouse live, and not just in a 30 min stint like at M-One, I want to see them in their own show so I can hear more of their songs than the few they were able to play at M-One :(
- Meet certain people (plural) I've been wanting to meet for awhile
- And world peace, just so I look like a good samaratin ;)

Nothing definate at the minute. He has been writing material for a new album, but he has'nt been including it in his live shows. He also does'nt have a record deal.

He has signed up to act in an Aussie movie called Foolproof and he is in charge of the soundtrack, so that could be his next solo album, IF the movie goes ahead.
