I couldn't get past your arse, plus I was always better suited over a longer distance. That's why I was surprised that I never got more of a run further up the ground last year.

Brendan I should hope that u aren't about to throw some stones, because being in a glass house you will break the Fu@#en windows.

Great side but wish to know was this side picked on how good they were when they played in district league??
Because Tim Houlihan HB, Matt Tyler Rup will both be great players but i dont think that they played well enough in district league to deserve been in the best team of the last 20 years. also i think Cam penny would be a walk up start into this side if he had have played in district league in the last 5 years but he wasnt the force he is now when he did play for the southern roos.
Also not sure who would have make it into the side but there is no1 there from good old Goroke, although heardy did play at Goroke for a few years.

Cam has been a very good footballer for many years and could & did win games off his own boot

Yes the boys were just added in the anticipation of ongoing carriers but did play very good senior footy before heading to the Rebels
Not bad kids though:thumbsu:

Would love to know who you think should be in there spots
I'm sure there are many I've left out.

Mate, I live in a commision house. I doesn't matter what I do to it, they still come and fix it for me. I don't have any floorboards so why should no windows worry me.

Tough year for him with a struggling team. Has relinquished the coaching role during the off-season, but has stayed with Taylors Lake as a player and committee member.
Fantastic bloke who would do anything he could for the club, fit and a funny bloke on the piss

Can anyone tell me how Brett monghohan goes MONAS!! Coach last year..
I think he would be around 37 years old by now, however is still more than capable of playing good footy. Handy from a back pocket provides good run and is a precise kick, however is prone to not paying enough respect to opposition and can have a lot of play go through his man.

Steve Hobbs from NQ was a lot better ruckman than wooster and played in a bootom side for most of his career. I would of had Rodney Maynard before adrian heard at CHF also. Ashley Grant from gerang Kiata on the half back flank was 10 times better than daniel baker. He was a gun player from the SANFL. I wouldn't of had Tim Houlihan, Jack Magee or Matt Tyler in there either.

Apparently Jay Tucker is a model of fitness, that is all that has been said about Edenhope/Apsley. Maybe they are a sleeping giant and keeping things quiet? Who knows what this season will bring for them.

He may be fit but edenhope supporters will be expecting him to be a standout player every week and earn his reported $1000 per game.

They have lost there best player in Scott Carberry though which will be a huge loss.

True, but, Carbs hasnt done much for the last 2 years. There are better players than him at their club. Maybe he lost intrest when they dumped him for Langsworth, who is a good player. Hope he (Carberry) does well at Kybybolite this season.:thumbsu:

Ha sany one heard how great western recruit Shane Field is traveling. I saw him play a few years ago and kicked a bag of 12... how will he go in the hdfl??

Played against or with most of those blokes and have to agree that there is some great footballing talent there.... Tough Too.... throw in Robbie Maynard and Guy Smith also

My favourite would have to be JK, great player Gentleman and Honest

Couple of my own team mates at the time to mention were Tim Patto and Kaffa both very hard at it
