It was strangely warm in Perth today a high of 22celius, after freezing temps for the past week. It actually got down to about 1 degree a couple of mornings. Standing on a train platform early in the morning is not my idea of a fun way to start the day.

Quite a mild week coming up in Melbourne given that we're in the middle of winter. Heard on SEN this morning that we can expect an 18 degree day later in the week.

I have often thought somewhere down the south coast of nsw would be good and certainly warmer. Two of the three kids have moved out and the youngest will be going to uni next year so we are unlikely to make a move. A couple of years down the track you never know.
