As the title may suggest, I have been wondering how long you have all been members.

But seriously, I have been a member since 1994 consecutively. I want to be a 50 year member. And beyond I hope....

This just made me think of it, and it may have already been done in a poll b4 but I havent seen it

Almost 10 years..... Dad is Saints supporter and Mum is Cats !!! Took me a year or 2 of working before I could pay my own way membership wise (which I did as soon as I got my first full time pay cheque)

95 was my first year....don't think I saw us lose a match!!

Had an interstate membership 2yrs ago, but didn't resign last year, however back on board now and hoping we'll replicate 95!!!!

I moved to Melb from LA in 1985 and never really 'got' footy, I just stuck with basketball, playing and watching (altho NBL standard really leaves a lot to be desired).
In 2001 I had a flatmate who was a mad Pies supporter and would watch about 5-6 games a week, and made me sit and watch with her, and explained how the game worked, and slowly I began to appreciate what is the greatest sport in the world.
I have Blue in the blood though, my grandmother grew up in Carlton 5 mins from PP and used to go to every home game when she was a girl.
I however only came to appreciate footy right as the worst period in our history began, so my love for the sport started as a very bittersweet affair.
At first it was a hard pill to swallow, but this year I guess I've matured a bit and realised that it's not about what the club does for me, but rather what I can do for the club -so to make up for lost time as a first time member, I bought my father and 3 brothers memberships too -early b'day presents, whether they like them or not!

My Dad signed me up straight after the 1987 grandfinal... so I can say that since 1988 I have been a member for consecutive years. Not bad considering I was born in 1987. I fI live to be 100 years old....I just might be a member for the whole time. Wouldn't that be sweet!

Nah... The only recognition he gets for it is its printed on his Membership card.

Always been a disapointment of mine that the CFC never really reward things like that.
