we all do in the end.
might be time to look up the differences with wada/asada and our criminal/civil justice systems.
Most of you still don't seem to understand the strength of our club, its players and supporters. Not one player has taken a shot at the club over the past 2 years. Like the supporters buying record levels of memberships they are loyal. Our players have held together and endured more than any other team in recent history. Our club received the biggest penalties in AFL history and it was painful but we've now regrouped and the penalties have become irrelevant to our future success.
The players would never sue our club and they would never need to. Our coteries have deep pockets and will look after any player unjustly treated by ASADA or the AFL.
But that won't happen either. The ASADA case is weak and the players are confident in their absolute innocence. The media storm of 2013/2014 has been systematically undressed and shown to be naked of substance.
After 16 months of intensive investigation maybe, possibly or maybe not Dank gave them beta4 rather than alpha based on a reversed invoice for a small quantity, but everything else is found to be within the rules. That's not a doping program. That's not what we've been reading in the media for the past 16 months.
We acknowledged in March 2013 we managed this program poorly. We've been sanctioned. That will be the end of it. It might just take some time for the vested interests to acknowledge it.

ok.
The determinations of WADA/ASADA have nothing to do with Australian justice. Michael Hurley is less than a refugee seeking asylum in Australia.
If my club is doing dodgy things with the health and welbeing of it's players, I really hope that the truth comes out so that we can clean the joint up and ensure that the players are properly supported.
What do you think about your club?
Supporters from other clubs who think that my club is the only one with problems of illiegal and illicit substances are deluding themselves. It would not surprise if there were players at every club who have/are bending or breaking the rules.
Australian justice can come over the top of a WADA decision when an Australian citizen is unjustly treated by WADA in a sport that only involves the Australian nation. We are a sovereign nation. Ultimately if Michael Hurley has justice on his side, she'll be right mate.
I am disgusted at the actions of people at my club who thought it was ok to subject anyone to products that are clearly 'not for human use'. The WADA code is clear on this and the semantics of some people about this is clearly disappointing. There is something wrong with our justice system and society if all involved in setting up the supplement program, including Steven Dank are not in some way punished for their actions. As time goes on I think the position of James becomes increasingly untenable. I have the utmost support for the players and the club as an entity but the people in the club who are responsible for this program need to go.

Sounds like West Coast 2006/7.
'Everybody else is doing it' is not a defence.
Not sure that Australian legislative recognition of WADA means the Australian judiciary cannot decide that WADA has overseen an injustice within Australia. We are getting up to the High Court level I guess.I think you need to some basic legal studies and get a grasp of legislation v court. WADA is a global body recognised by Australian legislation, as such it has as many rights, maybe even more than Hurley. The fight against sports people who cheat is global, something that Essendon supporters seem to be over looking.
